At SUSAN BIJL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your colorful purchase; if not, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Pack the Items

  Place the products in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days to your original payment method.
